skybox f5 factory reset ?

I tried to retune for Disney movies new freq. using the tp link menu. However, after this sky channels were scrambled. I''ve installed the latest channel list which works fine, but channels still scrambled.

I've rebooted skybox and router, but still no luck.

I'm thinking a factory reset is the only option. If so, can I backup the current settings, incl. Sea lion.?

Scrambled = lost of service or no internet
nothing to do with changing TP

See if you provider is on line ....Menu....cam settings.....manage cam......online/off line/login ???

I normally after reboot put the box on BBC1 for a few sec's then change it to a channel $

Have you ticked dhcp in network settings

Put sly sports on leave it on that channel then reboot

Resolved the issue. It appears to have been a router problem. Have replaced my old netgear dgn 1000 with Tp link and all is good now. Also installed latest channel list, courtesy of ajsat.co.uk and now have the new frequency channels such as Disney movies HD.

I am getting scrambled channels, it is my first time trying. my Ethernet is showing active, my dchp is on and the provider is saying login but then when I put the green tick by it it says online but I still cant get scrambled channels? can anybody email me with help please?.............................

If the gift was already installed on your box, & you didn't backup the gift yourself, then you will need to contact your gift supplier & ask him to send the details.

I have to ask...why did you do a factory reset on all files?
