Need some help for skybox F3

Hi guys, i just purchased a skybox F3. i have sonme porblenm setting up the box. when i have set up the box, i cant go into the channel list section. can you all kindly advise me on what to do? BTW, my location is in malaysia. wanna watch ASTRO channels.

I am afraid we are more a european based board and the Astro package is on Measat 91.5? east which is way below our Horizon, Unless of course we do have members form other country's that can help you
