Or the knowledge to set up USB to Serial Adaptor on a 2013 24" Touch Screen running Windows 8.

They just need the correct drivers and the correct port selected and any laptop will work. I've been using one for over five years without any issues. Hundreds of DM's and Kv's flashed.

Thank the Lord I aint got an F5.

Right guys quick update i took the adapter plug out my f5 and plugged in my vm super hub adapter in the back of box and the box came on and loaded up! So im guessing i have a faulty plug adapter and need to replace it i didn't want to leave the vm one in because i didn't no how powerful it is and in case it blows f5 up. anyone know were i can purchase a new one from first try is e-mailing the bloody seller.

The manufacturers use the cheap components therefore failure rate is high, like a lottery to see what fails next.

i think the hardware fine mate, odd few power supplies blown as expected to be honest. the problem with these skyboxes is that the firmware has not initially been installed properly, usb removed too quickly or incorrect software.

also alot of user see new firmware and straight away flash new image without backing up. if it aint broke ...dont fix it.
