some how I pressed factory settings , so how do I get my channels back please , I know i`am an idiot HELP !

a new scan or a channel bouquet,when you do a factory reset if on a motorized dish all sats setup would be lost and the other thing we cant talk about. -

If you don't have a backup of the box...screwed comes to mind.....
I'm sure the factory reset sets the box back to zero...completely blank apart from the firmware

The gift you got with the box (this part is down to you) contact your supplier or find a new one (Google will help) as members on DK cannot help with this part
