Skybox f5 Caravan site wifi setup help needed

Hello. I have taken my skybox to my caravan site which has free wifi available. The signal is good but the box fails to configure. If i try to connect a new PC , Tablet or phone to the sites internet the very first attempt will take me to the sites home page and it asks me to login with my password which the site has given me so i think this is where the skybox is having a problem. The box sees the wifi signal and connection is good however it wont configure.

I was wondering if there is away round this by using a repeater or wifi bridge which has already been configured to the sites internet?

    Thanks in advance

If you have your Laptop there you could set the wifi hopspot up on that or on your phone. (not sure about Tablet).

I have done it with both Laptop and Mobile Phone.

Your F5 will then just login with a password you have chosen. Obviously the lappy or phone must be logged onto the site wifi all the time.

Thanks, Im not sure how a repeater or bridge works but i was thinking if I configured to my laptop then connected to the sites internet does the bridge always stay connected and logged in passed the login page allowing the latop or moble phone to be switched of?

No. The device you connect to the site wifi must be on all the time as this is acting as a bridge.

The video I have linked to shows him using a wired connection to his lappy and then wireless from lappy to other device. I cant remember when I used this method if I shared the wifi in and out or I may have had a dondle in. You can also use your box wired from a laptop using the sites wifi connection and your ethernet wired connection to you f5.

I have an F4 which has sim slot for it own mobile wifi.

I use my skybox f3 at my caravan using the site wifi connected to my windows 7 laptop and running a program called virtual router to share the wifi connection to my skybox....I tried using my iphone 4s but when I turn on the personal hotspot on my phone, the phone turns off the wifi and reverts to the 3g/gprs signal which isn't good enough for smooth viewing on the skybox, how do u stay connected to the site wifi on your phone and also share that wifi with personal hotspot?
