f4 please HELP!!!

guys the box will no longer move motor or dish , the dish and motor are working. if i move the dish with another box it works.

do i need to get a new box , I hope not

I have an F4 and dont have any problems with it moving the dish.

You are mistaking it with the F5 which has got more clones than originals. F4 have now ceased manufacture and the F3s is its replacement which uses an sim adaptor instead of a sim slot which the F4 has.
