update by usb/ no new account found Skybox S11 PLEASE HELP

Hi can anyone help me with my problem.
I cannot watch any scrambled channels as i keep getting a message in red letters saying 'Update by USB'
and under the 'Update files' menu, when i try to add CCcam.cfg it reads the usb and says 'No new account found'
Can anyone help me with this problem.

If your fairly new to the box then you would be better entering the details found in the .cfg file manually via the remote control have a look here: http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-guide-257009/ and download the Guide written by shady tells you everything you need to know.

factory reset should clear problem and favorite list will clear to
