The F3 seems to be a little more reliable than the F5 as for sellers take your pick from ebay.

Thanks digicon. What kind of problems does the f5 have. Also there is talk on internet that cs is ending soon, is that just rumours? Thanks

I have both f3 & f5, both good little cheap boxes, for me the f5 is slightly better for the rear usb and the scart socket.

start reading up on all the posts on those boxes to see what problems others are getting before you buy,as no use saying wish i new that after you bought it.

            Leave the F box's alone....the F stands for F**K ..& .for FFS...& you get the jist

Buy something a bit more stable ....iv'e just bought the Spider 6000HD double the price of the F box but .....seems much better....not sure if i should of bought the Protek 7920
NANOXX Protek 9600 IP PVR ethernet receiver Aerial & Satellite TV Specialist - Skywise based in Yeovil Somerset, serving Dorset also

Now i can watch TV without all the problems....S**ting yourself after updating something on the box ....then fingers crossed the box restarts .....hope'in it doesn't blow a fuse or a chip or even burn my house down while i'm not home.....

            Just my 2 pence worth
