Skybox F3 channel list problem

Hi and thanks for any help in advance.

downloaded file and have gone into upgrade by USB set it to Misc File, then select an upgrade chose the first file called TP_PROG.dbs and then hit yellow button to upgrade, nothing happens just comes up on bottom of the screen as Upgrade None.

any ideas thanks.

before you press yellow, you need to press the colour that says add.

make sure there is a tick against the tp_prog.dbs then press yellow
