If the list is for F3 it will not work on the X5 if you try you will brick your box, F3 channel list= .dbs file format, X5 channel list= .bin file format.

F3 & F5 same box different skin so yes it will work

I have downloaded aj's and its on my usb pen but when I try to upload it it never works,it just goes straight to 100%,anybody any idea where I'm goin wrong?

Maybe you did some wrong when you try to put new list into your box.
Here is the right way how to do it:

MENU ---> UPGRADE BY USB ---> UPGRADEMODE
MISC FILE ---> SELECT AND UPGRADE
FILE NAME (TP_PROG) ---> GREEN ---> YELLOW
WAIT UNTIL FINSH
EXIT ---> EXIT
WAIT UNTIL REBOOT.

I can verify to you that the the list works, and that the way which is written in post 7 is the write way, because I always import new list why those steps.
