just reading the openbox guide says I need an imagefile.abs where on earth do I get that from> just updating my channels as some have gone off need help!

you don't want to do that to just update channels.

Other than me driving to yours there's not much more I can say. With these boxes you delete old channel list first and then add new list. A 5 year old can do it mate, Andy
