skybox f5 freeze after boost

Hi all I have got my box working I THINK but now after boost it goes straight to a chanel and just freezes after a couple of seconds. If im quick enough I can hit menu and change settings if needed any suggestions people would be great

Try the vformat button on the remote it might be your picture setting. Box not compatible with tv etc Andy

No luck it just freezes on the first chanel it turns to

Is this the same box that gave rebooting problems when you plugged in the LNB cable?

Have you ever successfully used that LNB connection on another box?
