Advice please

Recently purchased a skybox f5
, Having a little issue with a few channels.
A small number of my channels keep having a little jump/square spasm for a second every few minutes or so. All other channels are fine.
My signal intensity is 90% and signal quality jumps between 74% & 75% all the time. Should that signal be enough (or do I need to tweak sat dish) ? Or am I looking at a bad gift here?
