I've just uploaded the latest channel list on a friends box but they are all in the wrong catergeries,when I try to edit them the only 1 it will let ya do is the entertainment,any idea lads how you can edit every other 1

When you rename a catagory it will not save it if ther is another with the same name. ie. if 5 is named as Sports and your sports channels are in 4 you need to rename 4 with a letter short "Sport" untill you have changed the Sports in 5.

It's not like tht as I know wat ur saying mate coz thts the way mine is on the s11,his comes up with the list and ya can only change tht 1 and can't go up or across to change a different catergerie,it's very strange on the x3

Is all your favorites in the wrong category after you loaded them up?. If so you will have to rename each one correctly

When your in the editing list and you say it only has Entertainment. Is it also Entertainment on the right hand list? If so pressing the Fav button should allow you to change it.

You can, I did one a couple of weeks ago. New channel list favorite names in wrong place.

Trouble is I dont have one handy to do a detailed tut but the first place I would start is Menu, Edit Channel, Favorite Edit and from memory I think it was the Yellow button to rename. This should bring up all your fav list to select and edit. Remember if you change a name to one that already exists it wont let you save it so leave the last letter off and return to correct it when the dupe is changed.
