Lost my ESPN HD too other 2 ESPN channels are fine...I have F5 box can you add new frequency manually?

If you do a preset scan you will pick it up then hit sat list on remote and scroll till you see it. Not sure if there's another way but did that for a mate earlier, Andy.

i had the same problem i updated aj's channel list get in here and the good news is it works
