Openbox S11 HD PVR - Problems

Hey guys I hope someone here can help me I'm just about pulling my hair out. Two days ago I decided to update the channel list using AJ List which I thought would work fine. Once done I thought "nice" everything is in a simple and easy to find order. Then I noticed I was only getting basic channels so decided to check my gift which should have been fine however just incase I decided to get a new gift but this still hasn't helped my gift is checked but says offline and no matter what I do I can't get anywhere.
I,m sure i will have messed something up because everything was working fine until I updated my channels plus obtaining a second gift.

I hope I haven't contravened any rules here, if so please delete.

could DHCP be switched off in network settings.

Check Ethernet wires are pushed home properly and haven't been knocked, try rebooting router and box, check box Internet settings are on dhcp as said above. Are the lights flashing on the back of the box were the Ethernet plugs in..
