hi I have an openbox S11 a while now and its really getting on my nerves. every time I press a button on the remote it turns itself off and reboots same when I turn it off and plug it out. if I plug it out for a day or so it works fine for 2 or 3 days can someone here help me PLEASE?

Failing capacitors on the PSU board can cause various problems before the PSU fails completely. After unplugging from the mains, take the lid off & take a look at the capacitors on the PSU board. They should have completely flat tops, with no bulging or discharge (from the top or bottom). C11 & C15 are the usual suspects.Comment

there hasn't been new firmware in over 1 year
probably a heat problem,pop the cover off if you don't have any pets or kidsComment
