skybox f5 channels constant channels moving so annoying help

hi i quite like these f5 boxes and have setup 3 for my family members , iv noticed that the channles are droping off every other day now and its so annoying having to update them every time , is ther anyway to just do a scan and find them again and just pick the channels from the all sattelite list ? for some reson after i scan on mine it does find any new channels but still wont work , the only way i can get the new channels is to update by usb, i used to have a dreambox 500s and any times the channels dropped off i just did a scan and picked the channels out the all services list can this be done with the f5 box thanks for any replys

You can scan for them and add them to you favs, but much easier to just add a new list. Takes seconds and not minutes.
