Issue with f5 - some channels freeze after a few seconds

Just got an f5 installed, certain channels freeze after 2/3 seconds, but yet some are ok.
Ie sky sports 3 and f1 work but others don't and freeze

Check dchp is turn on in network setting, check the signal strength on the channels that freeze by pressing info three times, it may also probley an overloaded crap server u are using. And that wil probs see this thread being locked as you ain't allowed to talk about them on here. If it is the latter then google will point you in the right direction
If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

Isn't the dhcp as it doesn't work when it's set to off, but works when set to on.

It's not the server as tried 2 other older openbox on same server and that's fine.

Signal drops to around 15-20% when it freezes

If signal drops then it's not Internet related. It is either the box or the dish or the wire between dish n box. Different firmware may sort it, if other boxes work fine with the same channel list etc on it then that just points to the box being the problem,

                Main chip - Ali3601hd
                Software - 3601hd 27/3/13

Tried few different software but same issue.

Also tried it at a different household so different Internet/dish and same issue

Beginning to think its sonething with the box
