Have posted previous bout recovering from box stuck in on position. loaded channel list and did scan - all fine but only fta. is phone help available?

1st of all goto menu / network settings / **am / manage file / see if the writing in there has a green tick against it.....if nothing in there = FTA box you have lost the partwecannottalkabout
if no tick & everything is there press ok then reboot...all should be well...
If everything is ok in there & you still don't get the channels....
menu / network settings / etherenet setup / make sure DHCP is set to ON
if not change it then reboot the box
