Please find file attach.
To Install it simply.

Click Menu -> Tools -> Upgrade By USB Change Upgrade Mode to Misc Files then Select & Upgrade.
Will open a new windows and you have to click down once to the Back_logo.m2v ( Background )
Then click Green ( ADD ) then Yellow ( Upgrade )

Installations will be complete exit the menu to the channel then click Menu again and you will see a new image in the background.

It may Help BrunoJ if you posted the particular image from Tottenham Hotspur that you wanted converting, This way he should be able to tell you if its feasible or not
