Lost channels skybox f5

Hey guys help needed! Bought skybox f5 last week updated channel list and some channels say no signal. Checked with provider and they say all is ok at their end. Channels missing are skysports3 hd boxnation sky premiere hd

Did you delete the old channel list before updating ????

No Signal normally means dish moved or bad connection...or another shit F5 box
