HD channels

I have got a new skybox f5 with a with a 12 month gift but I cant get any hd films it just comes up with no signal, I have tried to contact the seller but not getting any reply, anyone any answers.

Probably your dish alignment isnt good enough. Even if you was getting them with your orig fly box becuse it has a better tuner.

I have got sky running off the same dish and all the channels are fine

Do you get sky sports hd? Maybe the gift supplier don't pay for hd

Yes getting all other hd channels just not getting movies

Its been discussed before but just try and use the box by itself without the Original $ly box connected to the same dish and see if that cures the Missing Channels problem

I have disconnected my 3 sky hd boxes and yes this as worked is there any way around this so I can use both
