Hi i trying to scan the C band Intelsat 20 at 68.5?E with dual polarity LNB some Transponders with DVB S2 / 8 PSK are not scanned. Can any one advice the reason behind this.

Have you tried adding the TP's manually via the menu and then doing a scan or even doing a blindscan on that particular satellite

Just to be clear here that when you say dual polarity LNB are we talking KU band LNB and your trying to receive C-Band or do you have a Dual polariser C-Band LNB
