I was sent 2 file to update my f3 box channel listbbut dont recognise the filez any one any ideas what they r ther are as follws 3601hd backup abs. And att00001

3601hd backup abs = a back image from another box you can load this similar to firmware upload

So this is a firmware update not a channel update

Its a backup file of someones box
yes it could have a channel list depends what was backed up at the time of its making

unless it was backup in the last to week the channel list will be out of date
