Hi all I have had a f5 for a good few months now and most of the time had no problems with it but recently the wind would really affect it and knocked all the channels off so I adjusted the dish and got them all back on now something has happened and no matter where i move the dish to I don't get the channels has anybody any ideas thanks

Make sure that your satellite dish is aliened to 28.2 degrees.
Then check to see that u are receiving the FTA channels.
If u are receiving the FTA channels the alignment and the Dish are ok
You have eliminated the dish as a problem.
Unplug your F5 Skybox and reboot it. And go to a scrambled channel and leave the channel on for about one minute. If you get the message scrambled on screen ??
The problem could be your cline. Broadband, or server
