Sky router and sky f3

Guys a little help required

Is the new sky router better to use with the f3 box rather than the old sky netgear router?

Here's my issue... Every time I receive an incoming call for more that 2 mins the Internet freezes and cause's my f3 to scramble, this is def an Internet issue as my phones wifi and all knocks off. Hence the question, if I was to buy a new white sky router will this stop this from occurring? Also is it as easy as swapping the two routers over and obvs connecting via the new key numbers?

Sounds like the filter is faulty mate, that's the plug that splits your phone line into 2 plugs ,

Ahh might try that when I get home, that's the box that splits the phone line to be able to connect the route. Let you know how I get on. Cheers
