Download problem

Hi all. Downloaded sattv5 August zipped channel list... no problem. When I tried to unzip the file I get "unknown format or damaged file"? I'm sure I must be doing something fundamentally wrong. Can anyone please advise what I'm doing wrong... thanx in advance for any help.

Are you using Internet Explorer as your browser? There is a known problem with IE downloading certain compressed files.

Try installing Firefox & download the file with that.
