Openbox s10

Can anyone help. Have an openbox s10 and when I switch it on the channels won't come on so I have to go to network and apply dhcp & save then reboot the box then works fine. Just wondered how I can sort this bit nippy having to do this every time I switch box on

normally just stays on when you click apply, try not rebooting it as after a few seconds it just comes in to play

Yep never seems to save it for some reason.
