channel list

hi guys soz to be a pain a bit new to doing this all my self as my old provider just updatedmy channel list for me but he has vanished off the face of the earth anyhow can some 1 please help me i have tied updating channel list on my f3 box but it always reverts back to old list any help will be much appreciated

dowload ajs latest channel list
unzip it transfer unzipped file to usb
stick it in box
go to menu settings and scroll to update by usb
select misc files in upgrade mode
then start
then reboot box when done

Aj's List is now over a fortnight old,choose sattv5 instead

Ray before you do anything back your box up

get a usb stick
put it in the box
press menu / dump by usb / at the top press sideways dump by image or by files / this is up to you.....i do it both ways just in-case..

Then if you mess up ....you can always reset the box back to how it is now.......plus you have all the special bits you need.....i.e the gift

@stavros67 not sure if Aj's channel list is out of date ....guess it depends on the channels you watch...all mine work
