Scrambling is usually a router problem or a problem with the server provider. Are you fully connected to the router? Are you wifi or Ethernet?

what channels do you get i don't mean list them all just the sports
What firmware is on the box ???? menu/system info
what channel list do you have on the box i.e have you updated it with aj's list or sattv5's list ????

check BT sports what frequency is it on should be 11585-H (goto BT sports 1 or 2 click menu / TP list / you should be on 11585) if not then it sounds like your need to update the channel list....

i guess it is internet issue, using a router then into plug through electric ring and out by box,
          works for downstairs computer
matched ip address of router , got green light upstairs and down , but line still saying offline
can see all channels in list but scrambled sign comes up.
where can i get update channel list from

Big issues with connection on these boxes. With home plugs go direct and not in a gang and if not switch Dhcp off and on reboot box, Andy.

If internet is working then talk to the provider of your gift.
