internet problems on F5

How do i ping my F5 to see if it is getting any thing.....
just keeps saying offline

When I went in to add my internet key.... Im sure I saw the option to enable/disable.... are you connecting via cable or WIFI..... if so go into the setting ans just check it wasnt setup using the other one to which you are trying...

managed to ping ip of box , but get nothing 4 packets set and lost all

internet is green but just off line... i run internet through plug adapters and no problems on down stairs computers

Check on the box under Network setting local, Network settings that Ethernet is set to active.

Did your Box come with a "Gift" warranty? do the FTA ( Free to Air channels work...) BBC one etc?

FTA work and yes it came with warrenty

Try the Youtube or ~~~~ app and see if the disc spins (Internet Action) when you make a selection.
