ive just update aj's list and now some of the channels are not working please help

are you sure as it was only updated yesterday, and it is few & far between that there is any frequency changes on the weekend.
What channels Dont work, have you tried turning off your box and back on again ?

yeah turned box on and of re installed channel list again still the same like the channel good food hd but there is many more as they say scrambled never had this problem before plus now I cant even do a blind scan as the feature to do this is not highlighted when before it was I have always used his list before

That wont be the channel list it will be internet related so to speak. Turn the Dhcp off and on reboot the box. Im guessing the likes of bbc work fine? Andy.

yeah that one works some of the other sly chans work like ssp1,2,3,4 and what is the dhcp for an how do I turn off

Go into menu and look for network settings are you using Ethernet or wifi? Turn it on and off and reboot. Channels not working won't be the channel list it will be your provider which we cant discuss on here I'm afraid, Andy.

Go in to Menu and find the Satellite list. There should only be one Sky UK 28.2. Make sure it has a tick next to it or you wont get anything. This will also highlight the feature again.

thanks ive just done that now it works for the time being until I find a new provider as it always freezes on me when im watching the game and it does my head in

On your latest channel list, do the sky sports i1,2,,3 an so on work? these are matches on the red button?

Interactive channels are only live when something is being transmitted.

Doesnt maske sense though all my other channels work fine, even SBO etc. i hate watching discovery on SD
