    no signal

    hi guys need some help please set up my skybox f5 yesterday can anybody tell me why some channels are saying there no signal

    hi mate could be number things first which channels stating no signal ?,,,,then checdk cables sat side ie is dish corretly aligned up ..have you got ya speacial bit ,,,if thets in b ox check ya dhcp is turned on in menu ,networks ,let us no soon as thanks

        How many boxes are set up on the dish ? ... Had this one I had to get a new dish just for the living room as I had 4 boxes on my other one all real sky box worked ok when putting in my F5 didn't work ... Got a new dish all working ok now

          hi mate do i have to use the loop on the back of the f5 box. oh i had 2 sky boxs

                If you have 2 boxes connected at the same time
                box 1 takes away the signal from the 2nd box also if you have the official box connected...

                Disconnect the loop & try each box on a single feed one at a time.....if everything ok like this then the loop is the problem,,,drop of signal strength.

                    If they're both running off the same dish, why don't you try disconnecting the official box from the satellite and then trying the f5?
