skybox f3-s problems, please help!!

Hi There, i have just got my hands on a new skybox f3-s and for some reason i cannot get the sly channels on.
they are showing as scrambled, dhcp is on, internet is showing green for receiving, 2 different codes tried, 2 different channel lists tried, factory reset tried.
Basically i am out of ideas and wandered if i was missing anything with it being a relatively new box, any help would be greatly appreciated.

its not a bt hh your connected to is it ? as it will be the smart set up that's built into the home hub go into the settings and ok the ip address of your skybox then reboot the skybox and it will then workthe settings on the home hub not the skybox
