hi as you can tell my bt sports is always down for some reason comes on sometimes then dosent come on, any help? i don't understand the transponder stuff etc but is their anyway to fix

i have the same issure but seems to happen only when i watch the EPL games. what frequecny is it on? 11584 or 11585... when on the channel (BT Sport1) go to menu,and find tp list. automatically it should be on the frequcny of the channel and press blue for search. hopefully it will pick up another channel of the same. go to all channels view and it should be there on the end. re arrange channels/favourites etc -
