turned my skybox f5 on today and just keeps saying no signal on every channel even bbc1, was working fine last night so have not changed any settings etc , pls any ideas

i would star by checking all the leads

sounds like the dish has moved or the tuner in the box is dead

hi no wasn,t windy and I tried my mates box on my internet and his works fine when I try to get a channel on the snr I think it means signal is only 5%

make sure the dish/lnb is still there

Press menu on the remote and check for the option LNB Power and make sure it's switched to on
Download one of the latest channel lists and install just in case your existing one has become corrupted
