missing channels

Did new channels list did a blind scan but i still have no sky sports 2 the other are there.Any idea's i have also done a tp list scan but still no joy.

There isn't a $ly Sports 2 at the moment. It changed to $ly Sports Ashes.

my sp2 ashes hd is scrambles at the minute been like that all week.. anyone else have this? my ashed SD workd fine though
