Invalid Program f3

Reverted back to using f3 after some problems with f5s,while doing set up,all channels working fully except BT 1 HD, which displays invalid program. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Press the ok key on remote. It left hand side click on the box and goto all. Look through the list and you will find maybe 2or 3 . One at least will work mate. Then you move it to where you want it. Don't ask how to do that. Only done it once and al be buggered if I can remember how to do it again. At least I think that's what you do. If it's not their done a full satellite search. It will be their then

Thanks for the suggestions lads, went back to the basics, turned it off and on and it seems to have done the trick.
