Do i need to keep update my Skybox m3?

i have just purchased a Skybox M3.
i had the old Eurovoxes for cable.
So far it has worked perfectly.

Just a quick question please.

Will i constantly be looking for firmware and updates?
I had to keep putting him right with the Eurovox fixes as he
is not up with computers,
Are the satellite receivers more reliable and able to
keep in front of sky changes.
Asking because I have already noticed earlier Skybox F3 firmware updates.
Thanks for any help and advice in advance.

If your happy with the box as it is then leave the firmware alone and just update with the Channel lists that are available
