Skybox F5 Favourits Set Up Help!!

Hi Folks, I am pretty new to this forum so please excuse me if my answers are posted elsewhere ( i have tried searching), I have updated my box with a new channel list from my box provider however my favourites have gone wonky, eg my sports channels are under news and movies under sports etc, can someone give me a step by step guide how do change them back to the way they were.
I have tried under menu/edit favourites/highlight group/change to sports/ok but it doesnt change them ???
    Any help really appreciated.

    Thanks,
    G

The way to get The favourites under the correct headings is to load the default Database:

On the remote select Menu > Factory Settings > Select Yes > Then Press Blue
The screen will flash black and you will be back at the menu. If you check your favourites now they should all be in the correct order

OK i tried that mate but all it has done is erased all the channels that were added and the favourites lists are still all wrong when i select yes at factory reset it comes up with a list like this, I picked the first one ??

      0) CCam.cfg
      1)CCam.PRIO
      2)Ignore.list
      3)Replace.List
      4)NEWCAMD.List

Your not meant to pick any when the list comes up you just press blue like I said.
Now I have some bad news for you, you have just deleted your gift if you had one, hopefully you have a backup

Reinstall the channel list that you want and follow the previous instructions

OK new channels added, favourites misplaced eg, sports under news etc, when i do what you are saying it says above the box before i press the blue "This operation will load default and erase all the channels that user added. Continue?

i didn't continue as i would have lost the channels i added, What should i do mate?
            Thanks,
            G

              Let's try again:

              1. On the remote select Menu
              2. Select Factory Settings
3 A screen will appear that says This operation will load default and erase all the channels that user added
              continue
              4 Select Yes
5 A new screen will appear that says Erase Select with the following options
              0)CCam.cfg
              1)CCam.Prio
              2)Ignore.list
              3)Replace.List
              4)Newcamd.ist
6 DO NOT SELECT ANY OPTIONS just press the blue button on the remote
7 The screen will say saving Data Please Wait
8 The screen will flash black and you will be back at the menu
9 Exit the menu and check the favourites and they should now be in order

If it still isn't working for you upload your channel list that your using to this thread and I will fix the list
for you so that it does reset your favourites properly.
