Polish Channels

Is there any way that I can get hold of a list of Polish Channels for use with a SKYBOX F5?

AFAIK all Polish Channels are on Hotbird. I have my dish picking up from Hotbird but I just want to replace by Cyfra+ decoder with a SKYBOX F5.

If possible I would like to remove all the Arabic/Muslim channels that seem to predominate on Hotbird. Is there any easy way to get rid of them all?
