sky box F3 help

After updating my F3 box and when I rebooted the box it goes to 100 and goes back to rebooted again
Any help with this problem would be much appreciated

Disconnect the sat cable see if the box boots up if it boots up without the cable check the f connector and cable to make sure there's no short.

f3 gets to L100 and starts again

you need to flash your box with rs232 cable. the eeprom as got corrupt and needs reflashing.
