    skybox f5 no signal

I was watching tv as normal and I suddenly get no signal message on all channels even free channels, I deleted all channels and did a blind scan and it finds the channels but when I view them I get no signal. Wht is this, it never happened before?

All working now, why is it always that when I watch an important game, it always glitches but when I switch the channel to a different one it doesnt glitch at all, is it because the line is full on that channel when people watch
