Openbox s9 or lnb?

Hello one issue I have, my receiver doesn't find couple transponders on sly UK so I can't see couple channels. Even if I add the transponders manually it says no signal and doesn't find any channels.
So is something wrong with my receiver or is it lnb's fault? I'll enter them if it helps:

12363 V, 29 500 (sly sports 3hd and sly f1hd)
P.S. before I was able to see those channels.

you will also be missing Sky Arts 2 HD & Discovery HD off that transponder as well.
If you have any other satellite boxes other than the box your having problems with connected to your dish disconnect the lnb to them.

In the meantime you can still find Sky Sports Hd on a different transponder (11719 H 29500)
