Had my f5 box followed instructs off DK, put on channel list but could only see sky on sat channel tried inputing astra then I tried hotbird 13. still not worked. Can someone please start me at the very beginning. Oh how I hate to admit it but I am stuck. Any help would be very appreciated and please try to keep women remarks to a minimum . you need to check the skybox/openbox section here on dk

hopefully a mod will move it there for you

bear in mind that you need a motorised dish for those other satellites, you will only get freesat and sly from a sly dish pointed at 28e

Are you saying signal {from any of the sat} is being received but the channels are not showing?. if you have manually added channels lists you should make sure that each satellite is set up to receive signal from the dish. if it is a motorized dish you should setup the the receiver to use the motorized dish. This is what i did when i manually install channel lists

I'm a bit confused by your post?

What channels do you actually want to watch? If it's UK channels, then you want Astra2 @ 28.2e. If you want French & German (mainly) then Astra1 @ 19.2e has loads.

For UK SKY you need a dish pointing at 28.2 degrees in the sky. Which most of the fixed dishes in Britain are pointing at. Other Sat's, the dish needs to be pointing at them to obtain a signal, that is why people have a motorised dish, which moves the position of the dish to the sat they want.
