Are you connected by an Ethernet cable? What channel list are you running and what channel is showing as scrambled?

Hi welsh I really cant answer many of your questions I bought the box with the channel list already loaded on as I wasn't confident enough to do it myself wish I was would really like to learn how the channel I was watching was sky 1 hd

Ok, I am no pro to be honest mate, just the basics - I would guess it would have something to do with gifts. I would suggest first port of call is checking you are online (gift). Go to Network Local Settings > camds setup > CCcam Client setup > manage config files > cccam.cfg > there you should see a list (at least 1 anyway.... It will say online or offline, if its offline I would speak to whoever you got the box from as it will need activating / turning on I guess. My box is an F5, but I don't think they will differ too much.

yeah I am online seems to be happening on all the channels freezing sometimes and sometimes saying scrambled really need to learn more about these things

If you've bought the box with a "gift" then its probably the server you're with, see if you can contact the person you've bought the box from.
Always remember that with a "gift" it could go off at any time, payservers don't care about you just profit.

it could be the connections loose at the back of the box .....just check them
