Sky Sports 1 HD - alternative frequency ??

Hi guys,

Just wondering if there is an alternative frequency for Sky Sports 1 HD ... mine has been freezing during big football matches, and I wondered if Sky boradcast it elsewhere like they do with come other channels. Any help would be great.
