    Connection

    Please Please could someone help me . My CCcam connection keeps going off login to offline. Any1 know how I get it online.

      Contact the person you got it from by the sounds of it.....we have to be careful what we say about this subject....as you would know if you have read the rules...

      Try.......

      menu / network settings / Ethernet setup / make sure DHCP is on / if not on then change to on & reboot the box

      how many boxes do you have ???

          Just the 1 box. I have contacted him and he says its to do with my internet why its gone off but i have took the yellow wire out the openbox and it works fine with my computer

              Hi Ben,

              "i have took the yellow wire out the openbox and it works fine with my computer" it's called an Ethernet Lead.

              I think try P&D's suggestion and check to see if you have DHCP On.
              You could also try a free test line from somewhere and see if that work's.
              If that is fine, I would say to your supplier that you have tried another line and it worked and that there's nothing wrong with your connection.
              It could be the fact it's not your end, it's his

              Hope what I've mentioned isn't going beyond the line regarding the Rule's, if so please delete quickly

                  Plug the lead back in...then...goto

                  Menu / network app / youtube /top rated/press sideways/click on any of them see if they play....if they do nothing wrong with the internet....if they do get back in touch with you know who....

                      DHCP is on. When I go onto utube I get a list but cant view them.
