Hi guys, bought a skybox f5. Im having a few issues with the box. Having a few loading issues, box freezes and have to set aside for a while before it will finally boot up successfully.
Got it on saturday, plugged it in all was well minus a crackling noise in the audio which soon disappeared.
Sunday came and so did the problems, audio and visual. Crackling noise back and picture broken up. Installed the f3s/f5s firmware via USB in an attempt to see if it would fix anything but no joy. Contacted seller from the bay, said he would send me a replacement. I just want to know if theres anything else I can do?
As I'm typing this visual in now perfect however crackling audio is still present.
Signal Intensity - 89%
Signal Quality - 77%
No internet connection is currently present at this time but I can change that.
I've downloaded a members FxS for his F5S and 01-09-13 modified channel list but have not yet installed them.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
